Note: We normally have about 30-40 people in attendance.
We normally do around 2+ hours (in total) of group meditation each event. This could include meditations like:
- Blessing Of The Energy Centers (BOTEC) meditations (Dr. Joe Dispenza)
- Tuning In To New Potentials (Dr. Joe Dispenza)
- Other types of meditations and breathwork
